The apron hangs over and sits on one shoulder. When bub is feeding on your left side, place the open end under your right arm and your right arm will be free to move. Slip the open end under your left arm when bub is feeding on your right side. The elastic band at the top holds the apron in place and allows you to to peep at bub when you need to.
