Absolute indulgence if you are a cheesecake and a chocolate fan! It starts off with the biscuity crust, the crunch excentuate by the roasted crushed hazelnuts. Then comes the cheesecake part, which is filled with dark chocolate, cream cheese and sour cream to give it a smooth velvety feel in your mouth...
... last comes the little caramelised hazelnuts, which are such a joy to make and such a treat to eat! Beware, it's not a cake that will survive on the plate for long!
