Strawberry Cream Cake


This Strawberry Cream cake is very versatile. Like a dress that can be worn in different ways, so this cake can be presented in many different ways but still gives a great taste. It is made up of genoise sponge with mascerated strawberries and topped with vanilla whipped cream. The taste is rather delightful with the freshness of the strawberries cutting through the cream.

This time, the cake is completely covered with the whipped cream and decorated with chocolate and vanilla wafer sticks.

Freshness is the essence for this cake so it needs to be eaten on the day it's assembled.


Below are two other variations of the same cake. The first one was made for a little girl's first birthday with a store-bought Pooh Bear and Friends rice paper cake design. The second was another birthday cake for a very special woman in our lives. The possibilities are endless!
